Ray Price to perform in Corpus Christi


Country Music Hall of Fame member Ray Price will perform in concert at
7pm Saturay, February 17, 2007, in the Selena Auditorium at The American
Bank Center, 1901 Shoreline Drive in Corpus Christi. Born on January, 12,
1926, Mr. Price's career has spanned 6 decades and his hits include; "For
The Good Times", "Release Me", "Night Life", "City Lights", "Crazy Arms",
"Burning Memories", and many more. He performs more than 100 concerts each
year and has appeared numerous times on The Tonight Show and The Grand Ole
Opry, as well as The CMA Awards Show, The Dean Martin TV Show, The Bob Hope
Show, Willie Nelson and Friends Concerts, etc. Mr. Price received a Grammy
Award in 1970 for his classic recording of "For The Good Times", a song
written by Kris Kristofferson. Governor Rick Perry recently declared
November 4, 2006, "Ray Price Day" in Texas. Also appearing will be Comedian
